Mike Dressander

Mike Dressander is a 34-year veteran of the Financial Services industry, including serving on the advisory boards for several major financial services companies, and serving as the principal for Simplicity Marketing. His vast connections, including over 10,000 agents, have allowed him to keep a pulse on his client’s needs—helping him adapt to the constantly changing marketplace through the use of cutting-edge tools. His prospecting and sales experience and tools have led him to drive billions of dollars in premium over his extensive career.

Zach Dressander

Principal

Zach Dressander grew up in the family business, learning the ins and outs of financial services from Mike. After graduating college, he joined a consulting firm as the strategic marketing planner for their regulatory think tank. His focus was on the heavily regulated industries, including financial services. Zach’s time there reinforced Mike’s business philosophy – clients come first. It also showed him the constraints regulations put on companies, and how difficult those constraints can make it to access the capital businesses need to flourish and grow. The combination of his experience and desire to help clients achieve their goals led him to start a commercial loan brokerage with Mike.
